  Disgusting customer service from the owner,who I believe is called gloria, ordered food told to wait outside and that she will let us know when.its ready. So I took my 7yo and 2yo in.his pram.outside whilst my eldest 11yo who has some communication difficulties was looking at the post cards hanging up.. this apparently isnt allowed once youve ordered your food you.must immediately wait outside.. a few minutes pass and im.still outside with.my 2youngest ones when.I see her approach my eldest and say to. Him ive asked you to go outside!! At this point I can see and hear this so I politely asked her what the problem was,she explained that you have to wait outside, I advisef her that he was simply looking at the postcards on the wall.... at this point she said ive asked him to wait outside, I advised her of his difficulties. She said I should have told her when.placing my food order..(why was that relevant to ordering some chips????). I advised her that we wouldn't be eating here and demanded the cost of the food to he reimbursed, which she did!! How dare she even.think that I would be disclosing my sons issues when.ordering food, as its sooo not relevant!! What planet is she on????? Some customer service training wouldnt go amiss for sure... so gloria we ended up with a lush portion of cheesey chips which were actually cheaper than.yours btw further up the road.....just remember ppl with additional needs are humans too who also have feelings!!...

  Customer service matched that of a brick. Complete attitude on who we would guess was the owner. The portion size for the price were terrible. Will be walking over to Kingsand next time or swimming to Plymouth before buying anything there again.
